mimaki JV33 printer problem

Hi Everyone, we are having the attached problem on our mimaki jv33.
can someone help us with it.
we think that's the magenta is misfiring. we are using bulk ink system with bordeaux ink

Upload a nozzle check. Most likely the cap top needs to be changed as magenta is on the edge of the print head and is affected first when the cap top seal breaks. The bulk system adds a whole other set of troubleshooting that needs to done but normally this is a cap top issue. When was the last time you changed it?

Try printing a light cyan color with the same settings to confirm if it is a magenta related issue.
