I need help, I have a mimaki JV33 and it started making these scratches on the sides of the print, does anyone know what the problem is?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Clean your encoder strip. Sometimes a dirty one causes similar issues. Other than that, it looks like an electrical failure of some sort. It could be the head, head cables, or anything shorting out along the head circuit.
