Hello!!
I hope someone can help with this issue i'm currently having.
I keep getting error 54 media jam while printing...the carriage stops randomly and at different times during the print. I can't print more than 60" without this error happening.
I've since taken off the media jam sensor and cleaned it and still ...media jam!!
I've taken off a sensor from another JV5 and still...media jam!!
I've done a y servo test and it ran continuously for 54 passes and that was fine... so I don't think its the y motor.
One thing that i read was perhaps the HDC board at the back needs to be replaced? any thoughts??? after that maybe the slider board??
I swear this one machine is a lemon!!
