Need Help mimaki nozzles distorted test print

Hi!, my nane is Ulises, i have a problem with my plotter MIMAKI CJV 30, the nozzles color pink are distorted, i can´t fixed, i tried hard cleanning and normal cleanning, i appreciate your help Attach a picture, thank you

I have the same problem, the same colors (magenta). Recently my local dealer changed my ink from Bs3 to Bs4. And they said that I have to put the head more time in the cleaning solution. But my head is in perfect condition and they changed my cap recently. I'm going to find a way to clean it.
