Hi Folks, a friend is having slop issues with their plotter.
We have only a CG-Fx2, and there are 2 hex-headed set screws in the top of ours that can be tightened to apply more pressure to the top sloping roller wheel.
Pixtured below is the top of their plotter's head - the Fx-iii.
I'm trying to see of there is an adjusting screw missing from the front empty threaded hole each side- the hole near the arrowed screw in the photo.
Would someone with an Fx3 please take a photo of theirs, and post it, for comparison.
