Have you checked with Advantage Sign Supply out of Detroit? I know they service and sell Mimaki, and I think they have a tech within 2 hours from your location.

Oops, yes I see "GrafxNetwork" Hmm, well I know there were several techs in that region let go this past year. Hopefully you find one close enough.
