I recently have been having issues with some nozzles not firing. I have tried all of the cleanings multiple times, nozzle washes, nozzle soaking too, and even wiping the heads with the lint free cloth supplied in the kit all to no avail. Which has brought me to using the nozzle recovery feature. I entered the 2 nozzle numbers for the missing blue nozzles but the recovery feature is not compensating for the two entered. Does anyone have an idea why the recovery feature may not be working? TIA.
