Mimaki UCJV 300- 160

Hi friends,
I have Mimaki ucjv300-160 machine, three- four times media jammed and home sensor removed from the holder, but now one lock of the sensor broken and the sensor not sitting on the holder and connector also seperated from the cable. any body expert in mimaki ucjv can you pls msg to me (+971557870725) for clearing some doubts

I think you're talking about the cut home sensor, or cut head sensor. This is a common piece that breaks with hard media jams while cutting. The sensor is only about $20 from your distributor.
It was such a prevalent problem that Mimaki made a metal protector piece that can be installed over the sensor for added protection. Here's a pic of the piece for reference:

After your machine is fixed, you need to figure out why you are having so many media jams. It's better to feed out and waste some material at the start of printing, rather than risk a media jam. If it's expensive material, you can try taping a piece of cheaper material to the front of it to add the extra length and weight you need to keep the media flat. Also raise the print head on thick or difficult to work with material.

Thanks for the reply, actually printing time no jam nothing, we have more jobs for 3d logos, for that fixing we are making template by drawing in our machine on paper, sometimes by urgent i forget to turn off the option auto cut. this makes the paper jam
