Mimaki UCJV300 Corners Cutting Rough

I've been running into an issue with the corners on my perf cuts coming out real jagged on these particular stickers. I've tried different blades, pressures, etc. but nothing seems to fix it. I've been working with a swivel blade on a gold-leaf vinyl sticker material with black ink. The blade is relatively new (swapped it out a few weeks ago) so I can't imagine that's the problem. Cutting with this machine always seems to be a challenge, but these corners are giving me more trouble than other shapes/materials. Does anyone have insight as to what the problem might be?

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Might have to toy with overcut settings, I have had similar issues in the past with gnarly edges when cutting through full bleed like that. UV ink is tough stuff and tends to take a bit of material with it.

Also, Mimaki subforum is here (but no need to repost there, just for future reference).

Thank you. I'll have to look into that. In the meantime, I put a new blade in and that seemed to alleviate a lot of the problem (still a little rough). I don't know how long these blades last, but maybe that was the problem.
