Need Help Mimaki UCJV300 LUS170 ink problems

Attached you will find a video showing that the white LUS-170 inks have a major problem. Disappointed that this type of simple testing was not done before launching a printer. The inks rub right off the film. When wet they dilute onto the installers hands.

Interesting. What has Mimaki said? I only have experience with the LUS 150 and 100 versions and they don''t do that.

Wauw, that's gives met cold chills...
Question maybe answer to your problem; is it possible to change the radiation that the lamps produce?
(can't find it in the manuals)

The only setting at the moment for the lamps is on or off if you can believe that. I have asked mimaki this question already.

I trust you. Also the manuals that don't have any words about this in it.
But still I think it's strange because they're other small en large UV printers have this option.
I'm very curious how they respond!

Please make sure the white ink has been stored properly and shaken prior to printing,

I read about the earlier post of the LUS 170 white ink washing off. The only time I have ever had this issue with white ink is if the ink was not properly shaken when asked to be shaken. Ink that has been setting without proper care can affect the curing of the white inks. If you use fresh ink that is properly cared for this issue will not occur. See the testing done at the PDS Equipment demo center for how good the white ink performs if properly shaken. This test is water and scratch pad on LUS 170 inks

Hi there, I've found this topic on LUS170 inks, so I didn't want to open a new one, beside my problem is a bit different.
I've bought a UCJV300-160 on LUS170 in last November, in dual CMYK setup, but since then it's not working properly, and our Mimaki dealer also can't find a solution... and my patience runs out, to be honest. When we print on all kind of media, full-tone prints are spotty (I don't know if I translate it correctly). Prints look like when the glue on self adhesive media is not evenly applied so it look messy, and we can't sell this. We tried to install a ionizer unit, change RIP, change multiple profiles... everythig, and there is no progress. I'm thinking to switch on LUS120 or LUS200, maybe that would help. I don't know.
Anybody with this kind of problem? I'm thinking about returning of printer.

We have UCJV300 too, can you attach picture of problem? Some times when we try to print white under single color we got uneven prints.
