mimakie cjv150 - not cutting properly

Hi, our cjv150 isn't cutting properly, it is always leaving a bit of vinyl still attached in one corner which is making weeding a nightmare. We've just changed the blade and also the cutting strip but it's still the same.
any other ideas of what I can do to resolve this? I've got 20k sticker to do and it'll take longer to weed them than it takes to print.

Make sure the offset setting is set properly. It is a specific number related to the blade angle and you can find that info on Mimaki's website.

I also like a little overcut if possible in software - say .015 or so

I assume heaters is off?
