We have a 70.00 min charge but do not always stick to it. We decided that you can not take a PO, do a sketch for sign off, invoice it, call 3 times to collect and recieve payment to make nothing. I have also not charged anything such as a reg customer calls and say he has a piece of material to shear and bend a 90 on I would ask them to stay while we did it. 5 minutes in the shop aint killing us.
