A couple of places around here use a mobile setup. I haven't looked at it to good though. One of my mom's friends is thinking about starting up one of those around their little town. It would be a good idea I think for that area.

Here in Orlando .. mobile restaurants are now starting to get fancy, because there are so many, mind you the ugly or poor advertising or dirty looking ones do not last long, they are realizing this and are redoing there image.
So my question is, are ya looking for a customer or willing to build ?
Be a great gimmick, just saw a bus made up to look like old tourist cartoon bus, was a good laugh. There is a few sculptured mobile restaurants.
So pop out seats tables in a very unique sculptured manner would be the bomb and change the mobile restaurant industry.
