Monitor calibration Tool

Any suggestions for a good, easy to use monitor calibration tool. I enter CYMK values into my designs in Illustrater or Corel and on screen they look nothing like the Pantone colour chart, which makes it a little hard when doing a design. They print the right colour but look crap onscreen. I outsource my printing so I would like to be able to get a better idea of what I'm sending to the printer. I have 4 different brand monitors and a laptop that all show a different colour on the same design, no matter how much I try to calibrate them
Not looking for anything too complicated to use or cost a mint.

Cheers & thanks Gary

X-Rite Eye One Display 2, works very well. Remember, just calibrating your monitors alone will get you more accurate or consistent on-screen color reproduction but it's no guarantee it's going to resemble any output from any other devices. If you just want your monitors to be closer and be somewhat consistent across all of them this will do it, but it's not a total color management solution.

We use the X-Rite Eye One Display 2 that we bought on ebay for around $50. It's not perfect but it does get us in the ballpark. One thing to consider is that if you're using low-end LCD monitors they aren't capable of getting the colors accurate.
