Just finished 12 of these way way finding signs in a historic district.

It's a 2" square welded alum frame with brake formed alum panels.
Pre painted channel letter material.
The over bent panels slide onto a track that is welded to the frame.

The logo on top is 3" hdu and hp vynyl.

That is outstanding! Admittedly, it's not my taste in font choice for the business names, but I understand why it was used. Nonetheless, the structure is supremely fitting for the location and application ...and looks great inspire of my tastes! Well done!
