More stands needed...

I just posted about a stand I needed for a client, and I've got another one I need to find. There are those 22x28 and 14x22 poster board (gatorfoam, foamcore, etc.) stands that are pretty stand-ard (I couldn't help the pun, it's been a slow day). I'm looking for something a little narrower than 14 inches, say 10-12 inches, but still between 22 and 28 inches in height (viewable image) with the overall stand being about 5 foot tall and in black (I know, I'm so picky).
Anybody know of any good places that have a huge selection of stands at reasonable prices? It's like the guys that have great prices on retractable stands have horrible prices on poster stands and vice versa.

I know a guy... well it's an old coworker of mine. His wife was a branch manager for a bank. Unfortunately the bank closed the doors and he "rescued" about 15-20 of stands similar to your picture, several of them had never been used. He was wanting to sale them a couple of months ago not sure if he ever did.

Not the normal means but if you want them cheap, I'd be happy to put you in touch with him if your interested.

They are a bit pricey. They sell the 22x28 (60" tall) black stand for over $100.00. I can get these for a little less than 80 at San Diego Sign Supply and even less at Allen Display. I can't seem to find a vendor who has consistent prices. I guess that's part of the game, though. Stands from one place, vinyl from another, and specialty banner material from yet another.

Custom costs money...

Thanks for the input guys...any more is appreciated, but I'm wondering if I'm heading down the custom shop road, and we all know where that road ends up...
