It looks hand-done -- the E's are not all the same. You might get close with Schadow BlkCN BT

It looks like it was traced using an auto trace of some sort.

I autotraced the font from a photo of a sign but looking at it I think it was painted from a computer cut stencil. I do know that it is compressed. I have quite a few different ones to do so I was hoping to not have to draw them all. Thanks for looking everyone.
