Baked Brie with Filet Mignon & Pineapple skewers... cherry chipotle sauce. Also have done lots of baked stuff, such as cookies, bread, and pizza.

Turned in horse turds once at a cookoff in the "anything goes" category. If I would have sauced them then the judges would have thought they were meatballs.

you will need a red stripe to make a proper bbq chicken and a few more ingredents. u can do yams, potatoes, fish and callaloo and okra. i even seen soup on a grill. fish tea u name it it can be done. where i am from they have a festival every year. u name it it can be done.

That looks to be a beef tongue. GOOD STUFF! .......and a sour cherry glaze?......WOWZA! Can I come over for dinner? I'll do the dishes!

About once a year I like to cook a 10 pound ribeye section for a party. Just sear it on all sides, get the grill at around 325 degrees, and let coast for 20 minutes a pound. Incredibly good... medium well at the ends, and medium rare in the middle - you can cut it with a fork.

You'd be amazed at what you can cook on a grills when thats the only option you have,..lived off food cooked on a grill for over three weeks once after hurricane hugo here,...no electricity and no water,..lots of lp gas and getting to wait in lines for ice,....
