I sell signage and signage accessories.
First of all - I love VHB for acrylic letters, even though it's 3M. Nothing really beats it IMO.
Second - One thing we've noted with Gemini is that they redraw most cutfiles, unless you specify that you don't want them to. Had some issues with logos that butt up against each other, but those go away if you spec it right.
3rd - I hate acrylic glue - it's messy, and the bond can/will break if the substrate is flexed more than a few degrees.
