Mounting Parking Signs to 1" Diameter Pipe

Hi everybody!

I'm looking to mount some EV Parking signs to 1" conduit that feeds charging stations. I figured it would be easy to find normal sign mounting brackets for round posts, but I'm having trouble finding anything smaller than the standard 2-3/8" diameter pipe mounting brackets.

Is anybody aware of any hardware that would be suitable for mounting to very small pipe like this? We are mounting standard 12" x 18" aluminum parking signs with 3/8" holes top and bottom.

Thank you!

Yea Looks like conduit straps will be a good option for this. Thanks for the suggestion.
I also stumbled on these split ring mounts with threaded nuts while searching. I'll check out both of these and I'm sure one will work for what I need.
