Mounting Tiled Prints without Stretching

I have 2 tiled prints that I will be mounting onto an 8'x3' aluminum substrate. Yesterday when we did this, the prints stretched a little and didn't exactly line up. We thermal printed with our Summa using 3M's premium cut vinyl, so it's thin.

We typically use the Big Squeegee for this sort of thing. Any advice on how to install tiled prints without stretching on thin material?

The tiles are split lengthwise. So we have 2 8ft prints.

How comfortable would you be using your laminator to mount? We use our seal all the time and I'm very pleased with the results.

Using app tape usually helps..

Gotcha, so, tape the whole thing like I would a large cut vinyl decal and apply it using a vertical hinge? Sounds good
