Mounting to forex

Hi All,

Our print shop wants to introduce to customers the photos mounted in forex (foam) boards.
Till now we just did the printouts, usually in photo paper, but no finishing.

We do have the plotters (Canon pigment plotters) but we don't have any large size laminators nor experience in mounting.

I tried some spray adhesive on foam but I didn't like the results.
A lot of bubbles showed up after an hour or two.

What is the best & practical way of doing it ?

We don't want to invest a lot in this idea because we are unsure of the results.

I print on econo psa vinyl and mount to foamcore using a laminator for short term results or pop display.
