''mouse pad'' materiel

Ok, I have a customer who want custom printed mat 14inX24in. He showed me the material and it's like a mouse pad about 1/16 thick.

I would like to know if someone could help me find this material and what kind of printer should I use for this?

Any of your heat transfer suppliers should be able to have them for sale by the roll or be able to cut it to spec.

I only use it for transfers and most of the time it's sublimation at that.

Ive printed t-shirts on our UV flatbed. The "hand" is pretty much nonexistent, but I have yet to try a mousepad.
