Moving my sp300i

Within 2 months I will be relocating my business and have to move the sp300i.

I will have to go down and up a few stairs (narrow) so the machine will not be level and will have to be off the stand. Also is it a 150 miles relocation and it will take about a day or two before I can get it up and running.

I figured out I will need at least 2 (or 4?) cleaning cartridges to get the inkt out, replace the waste bottle with the cap and lock the heads.

Now i have been looking how I am going to do a pump up, but can't find it in the manual. Can somebody tell me where I can find a dummy proof description about the procedure?

Does somebody know a description how to clean the printer to get it ready for transport? I guess I have to do a head wash first and than drain the pipes?

I can't find a description on how to do this.

I figured out how to get it ready for transport.

After moving it, do have to perform a new head cleaning with 2 additional cleaning cartridges just like when it came out of the box in the first install? Or is there no need to do this before installing the inkt cartridges.

After the first head cleaning it will sit idle for a couple of days.
