Moving outlook express files

Hey guys, setting up a new internet computer, but was wondering if any of you knew how to take all of the outlook express files (ie... e-mails) from one computer to another? I want to bring them back so it's just like they were, bring them into my inbox, outbox, deleted items.... etc.

Anyone know how to do this? I can't seem to be able to find them.

For backup purposes....
Outlook has 4 mail files, inbox, outbox, sent and trash. You can manage where those files are located by going to options>maintenance>storefolder
I don't use outlook anymore, but in the past, I would point it to my documents folder titled "email" and then back up the entire my docs to a separate hard drive. If you lose that first drive, reinstall os, repoint the store folder back to the my docs "email" and then copy past the archived files over the new empty files.... wha-la.
