Multi Tenant Sign

I am looking for ideas on a multi tenant sign. It is going at a small town strip mall, it will not be lighted they are going to put lights shining on it at night. Will have the name of plaza and then list 10 tenants on it. He is wanting a roof on it and wood sign just seeing what you guys have done or ideas you have about it.

The only suggestions I have for you is:
1. If they want to go cheap, I would pass on the job rather than going with inferior material that isn't made for long term signage.
2. Make sure the tenant's names are on removable panels.
