Lacryl 400 by Spraylat. It is a translucent spray grade plastic paint.
It's not easy to use, kinda takes some practice and boo-boo's to get the coverage correct.

I don't know if there is a MM that provides the service (so try there first) but if you want to design it and forget about it until it's ready to install then call Hendricks Vaccume Forming in Ohio.
