Multiple Contour Cut Lines

I have a file that has two separate areas that need to have a contour cut. When I load it into Versaworks, I get only one of the areas that I have set up with Contour Cut. I am at a loss, and I can't figure this out. Help!

I had to go through quite a few variations, and I am still not certain that this is a final answer by no means. But I just took the area that I was having an issue with, colored it another color, then re-drew a new line over the original, and colored that my contour cut. Not sure why, but it worked.

did you design in illustrator? If so make sure the cut contour layer isn't a compound path, and they're just separate paths.
