Didn't realize it was a printer specific thing. Thought it would be in the rip. I have a truevis sg2Yes you just do it.
No need to thank me.
But it would help to know your printer.
It is always a specific thing. Different manufacturers go about it in specific ways.Didn't realize it was a printer specific thing. Thought it would be in the rip. I have a truevis sg2

We use the generic backlit profile in versaworks then check the box that says ignore default settings and there should be a 2 in the overprint box. That seems to work well for us but you should run a complete color chart this way because it changes the colors considerably.

You said Roland and Flexi. We use Flexi for design but Roland Versaworks for Rip and print. Sorry for the confusion. You replied with a versaworks answer for a flexi question
never knew you could do that, whats the benifit in using versa for rip and print instead of the flexi? You said Roland and Flexi. We use Flexi for design but Roland Versaworks for Rip and print. Sorry for the confusion.
We subscibe to Flexi Design which is $30 a month as apposed to $65 for the rip and print version. Versaworks was free with the printer. Other than that I don't know which way is better.never knew you could do that, whats the benifit in using versa for rip and print instead of the flexi?
