Mutoh 1204 Head Alignment

I have a 5 year old Mutoh 1204 that has been giving me fits lately. Replaced several parts with new ones, but now my head seems to be out of alignment as the print quality is AWFUL!!! This is probably totally my fault as I accidently took out a wrong screws (on the head) when I was supposed to remove the screws for the cover that accesses the horseshoe shaped sensor. Lettering that once was crisp and clear is now so "fuzzy" you can hardly read it. Any help or suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!
