mutoh 1204 ink problems

my printer says [c]no cartridge i have changed ink cartridges still same thing could this be a maintenance station? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does both old and new cartridge say the same thing - [c]no o cartridge?

If yes, your machine has a problem.
If no, the new ink cartridge has a problem. Call your ink vendor for it.

 

[Solventinkjet]

The cartridge sensor is probably broken or just bent out of place. Look in each cartridge holder with a flashlight and see if you can see any differences. The cartridge sensor is a tiny little button at the very back of the holder.
