Mutoh 1204 PF Motor Error

Hi Guys,

i have a valuejet 1204, we recently replaced the PF Motor on it, my problem is after a particularly long job, 100,000 bumper stickers i keep getting a E071 Err PF Current Error, can anyone help me in resolving this, also where can i get the maintainance manual for the same machine.

The weight limit for media for that machine is about 19 kgs about 42 lbs U.S.

If you are using heavier media than that to get 100,000 bumperstickers you probably are over working the page feed motor

Hi Guys,

Just a quick update, we opened the motor and replaced the bearings, it seems to be working well at the moment, if it fails again i will just have to order a new one.
