Mutoh 1204 random lines in print

I’ve all of a sudden developed an issue where my prints are get random diagonal lines where it isn’t supposed to be. I have cleaned the encoder strip and encoder on the left side thoroughly thinking it could be the problem. The prints are also fuzzy in some cases as if the printhead is out of alignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Static and/or crap on your printhead. Get a flashlight and put the head on "high", pull it off the capping station and take a look, especially in the spaces on either side of the head itself. Also clean the cutting knife if yours is equipped. Clean the capping station well, too.
