Mutoh 1304 Banding issue

Hello all, I had an earlier issue and fixed that with all your help. Thank you for everything.

Now I seem to have this banding issue. (see attached photo) I am just trying to resolve this so i can once again continue normal operations. I have cleaned as much as I can, just not sure what and where to look next.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was wondering if that was not the problem. At least you are not telling me a new print head. Is this something I can fix myself and if you could recommend where to purchase one from, I would appreciate it.

Circleville Signs is correct. It looks like the printer's cleanings are not pulling the ink through the head enough to unclog the nozzles. You can try just changing the cap top which will save you a lot of money. A lot of times the cap is just bad and the motor/pump is working fine. I have both the cap and the entire station at Solventinkjet.com.

Yes, you can fix it yourself if you have some basic tools and are mechanically inclined. There are several places you can purchase one. I bought mine from a MM here.

Eh... I've fixed that issue the same way as I stated in the other thread. Just takes a bit more time and some more head soaks/test prints. Your call either way.
