Mutoh 1324 print issues

Hello, Not sure if this is a maintenance station issue or a printhead issue. I have run several cleanings, soaked the print head over the capping station, and shown the attached test print.
The top line is the Flexi file and the bottom is a printout.

Just updated the firmware which probably has nothing to do with it.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Yeah post a nozzle check but my first impression is ink starvation. Have you changed the dampers recently?
