What would cause only the black ink to print and not the colors? Get only
lines of the colors. How high is the head suppose to be when printing in the
"low" position. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Does color ink pass through the head when you do a clean?

The gap between the printhead and the platen should be between 1.37mm and 1.42mm.
