Mutoh 1614 Black lines in Printing Please Help!!!!

I have Mutoh VJ 1614, from some time I am having problem with printing, it gives me black lines. Please see the attached pictures for more details. There is no specific time for these lines I do regular print on this machine sometime I don't get these lines for week, but sometimes it's headache it ruins my all printing jobs it comes constant.

Please let me know if you guys know about this problem.

head flat cables!
you can try to disconect and reconect or
change them right now if not, you can blow out the head, fuses on the main board or main board itsealf

I changed the head cables back in 2 months they were new, but I am not sure on fuses on the main board, you mean the two main big fuses at main board ?
