Wow. All I can say is thanks to Mutoh for taking care of us. We have a 2 year warranty on our printer, and we are up in July. The tech is here now replacing my head, maintenance station, and motor, since the head is not firing the way it should...

all of which would have been a minimum of 2500 dollar call.

Wow. They cant figure out why the nozzles of channel A of (K or Black) are not firing. Everything else is perfect!...

They are sending out some new cables and a head board.

You have done well getting a warranty that will cover the printhead after 20months!
Our VJ1604 has ran almost faultless for over 2 years and the printhead is like new!
