Went to turn on my printer and it came up with an error code of E079err commu. Talked with mutoh tech, said it was most likely a lighting strike. I started digging into the printer and found out we had a mouse problem. Took off the front heat plate and found chewed wires and parts on the heater relay board. Been trying to find a replacement board online along with replacement wires and haven't had any luck. Does anyone know of a place I can contact about getting replacement parts? :banghead:
