We have a 1624 here at the shop and the black subtank will not refill. I performed a valve check for the subtank and you can hear a click when this is done. All of the other tanks fill up just fine but the black is almost sucked up tight. Also, I have almost zero black steps on the nozzle check! What’s going on here? What can I do to fix this issue?
P.s. in the diagnostics menu it gives you the option to see the “valve status” one of them reads “off/off/off” while the rest read “off/on/off” does this mean anything? If so how do I go about changing that setting?
