Mutoh 1628X magenta possible deflection

Mutoh 1628x Sublimation Jtek inks

Started getting weird results on one of the magenta nozzle. More of a dotted line.

The result is my reds are not printing crisp.

Soaked the print head in solution over the weekend and it seemed to come back to normal. Threw a small job and went back to this.

Was thinking of flushing the magenta out and using a fresh cartridge.

Couple of things I tried. Soaked the head overnight. No change in quality.
Purchased a set of blank cartridges. Filled with Jteck cleaning solution on the two magenta lines. Ran a full charge, let sit overnight. Ran another full charge the next day noticed the print on the nozzle was fading
this told me the solution was hitting the head, also noticed the nozzle was clearing up with no deflection. Reloaded the magenta carts, another full charge and back to firing 100% and has been firing now for a couple of weeks.
