Mutoh 1638X head 2 clogged or cable issue?

Hello all, I am new to Signs 101 and we are having issues with our Mutoh 1638X. We have 2 new heads with maybe 30 hours on them and head 2 seems to be firing cyan randomly , when we do nozzle check's the last black & cyan nozzles are missing. I never had a head strike, and believe the head is not damaged? Do you think maybe 1 of the carriage cables might be damaged and not communicating properly to head 2. thank you

Get in touch with the tech that replaced the heads. Warranty is 90 days.
Depending on how hard the printer was run prior to the head replacement I'd have the tech check the cables. They're consumables.

Missing nozzles/channels is almost never electrical. I'd say it's probably just a bad damper or something like that.
