Mutoh Falcon 2 Error E075 head overcurrent

I have a falcon 2 outdoor 64" that will print a nozzle check (black is a mess) however when i print a solid black rectangle (2"x55") after a nozzle check about an inch in it stops and gives me the E075 error head over current.Attached is a picture of the black nozzle check. Before i start replacing parts I would like some opinions on where to start! Head, head cables? I wouldn't think the board is damaged if it will print a nozzle check, or is that not true? Thanks for any help that you can provide!

Thanks for the response! That is what I was leaning toward! its very intermittent... Also when i have a solid black vector box the print has lines or banding like the nozzle check but if its rasterized it will print solid black! Would there be any explanation for this or is it a setting in the rip software?I am using flexi rip and print!
Thanks Again!
