We have two digital printer one falcon 62 from sign wearhouse and one 1614. Both have not run in over one year. We need to get one of them running. Can anyone help by tell us what to do? Both machines are not printing anything in the way of any color. The 1614 had a megenta ink leak we cleaned it up but now we have a code stating we are out of ink but the cartiage is still full. The falcon just stopped printing and so we installed a new pumping station about a year ago with no improvement. Please advise us how to fix them. Does any one have maintenance manuals on either of these two machines. HELP please

The printer counts the number of pump cycles and nozzles fired to estimate the amount of ink in a cartridge. Your leak emptied out the smart card, but not the cartridge.
You can bring the cartridge to Mutoh and we can reprogram it for you, then you can use it again.
Typically after a year of sitting, you will need heads, dampers and maintenance stations (at least) for both machines.
Sounds like you need a tech to take a look at the machines and see where you are at.

zapa graphics from el paso texas can help you with this issue, apparently, your machine has been turn off for a long time therefore your machine is all dried up. Your lines and dampers are dried up, head and maintenance station as well. We can fix this problem if we had this in house.
