Mutoh Falcon Head Soak?

We have a Mutoh Falcon. When doing a nozzle check, the black is not printing correctly (nozzles missing). The other colors are fine.

Will a head soak address this problem? And what exactly is a head soak and for how long? Do you remove the ink from your system first? Anything else to try?

Use a lint free cloth, wet it with cleaning solution and place it on top of the capping station. Park the head on the capping station for 20-30 minutes. Re wet the cloth and soak againg for 20-30 minutes. Remove cloth and run a couple of cleaning cycles. Print a nozzle check. If this helps but doesn't fix all the nozzles repeat process for longer periods of time always re wetting the cloth after 20-30 minutes. The cleaning solution will evaporate quickly.
