The message is E 072 Error CR over Current. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Clean the rail you print head assembly rides on, check your print head .........move in back and forth and see if there are som espots that are a little harder or see if it is hanging up.

“Test:sensor” of
the self-diagnostic
function.

HDD_Extension
board assembly,
HEAD_DRV
board assembly
and cooling fan

Sounds like the encoder strip has ink and or some type of marking on it. check with a flash for any smudges on the transparent strip. When dois it lock up and give you this, over the capping station?
