OK, I had a Falcon 62 and sold it many months ago and decided that was a bad idea so I bought a smaller Jr model. Now I have replaced the heads, capping station, dampers. The printheads look like they are not all firing, I cleaned old heads and tried those same test printing. LOTS OF BANDING. Any ideas on maybe a fix?

Plus I can not even get color close to what they should be?

Post a pic. of the test print.

Might try a sonic clean on the print heads.

And I must not be able to get my profiles even close when I try to print blue it looks brown.

That is F ed up.
Either return the heads or
Sonic clean time first.

Don't ask what that means,
use the search feature of this board to get all the info. you need

I have replaced them all at the same time

were your heads replaced by a technician? meaning - did you get perfect test prints at least right after they were installed?

Do you have lighter fluid?

Do you have a match?

Do you have a Mutoh?

I think you know what to do...

I changed them myself. I have changed printheads in my mutoh falcon 64 may times. On this particular printer I just bought andchanged heads capping station and dampers. First test print looks exactly what you see. I have run several cleaning cycles. Pulled the new heads and put old ones back in several times with same banding
