I just sold mine after 4 years with no complaints other than speed. Never had to change either head. I did have to change the capping station and pump a few times. I used Flexi as my sign software and rip. With Flexi you are able to run it as a 4 color machine which is how I used it the last year I had it. Might be able to do this with other rips too. You will need to keep a cleaning cartridge in lc lm if you do this. I was also able to get 46.25" of print width using Flexi. Use the 62" profiles to achieve added print width and as a 4 color printer. PM me if you want more detailed info on this.
