Mutoh Falcon won't fire up

Have a mutoh falcon outdoor and turned it on this morning and it just has eight bars showing on the led and all the lights on. I'm thinking this is a power issue so took off the control led board thinking it may have a static charge but that didn't help. anyone else had this issue?

ok did find another post that had similar issues and it seemed to be related to the ink station or cartridges etc... so tried removing the ink cartridges and just cleaning the station etc... and it fired up cool.

Hey i have the same problem i tried cleaning the cartridges and put them back a few times and still won't fire up please help manuel perez
