Ok so I am begining in the print world. I have ran a sign business for 7 years, but I have always contracted print needs. I got a Falcon Outdoor 48" and it has been used. I can not get the colors to line up on a nozzle check, test print page, or any prints. I have a magenta "shadow" to the bottom on every color but red. And, a faint cyan "shadow" to the top. I have pics of the alignment issue, but the shadow doesnt show well when I try to take a pic of it.
Any ideas?
